Windows Azure and Mapping Volumes to a Local Hard Drive
I am interested in continuing my experience with Windows Azure Cloud Services particularly utilizing "Blobs" and Storing SQL data in the Cloud, however, it has been my experience that working with such technologies is better served when access to the resource is mappable locally. Is there any way to map the cloud drive resource to a local computer, so that storage of "blobs" and databases is made easier?Sincerely,gndiyaP.S.: Are there Advanced Firewall issues that would have to be addressed with this matter as well?

You can use Gladinet Cloud Desktop to map Azure Blob Storage as a network drive. In addition, you can map Amazon S3, AT&T Synaptic Storage and EMC Atmos Online as well. http://www.gladinet.com
