Windows Audio issue on windows 8.1
Hi i have a question. I have AVG as my anitivirus software. and i'm not techie. i'm having issues with my audio. i've tried everything, all the suggestions that was posted on the forum which i also saw on this site and it seems that my issue could not
be fix. I'm still seeing "The Audio service is not running" when i hover my mouse on the speaker(for audio) at the bottom of the laptop's screen. i haven't tried the un-quarantining a file. and i think i could not do it anymore since i already did
uninstall avg? what should i do? i wish you could help. as much as possible i want to fix this myself without spending any money. thank you!

More often than not when a device isn't working it is because the driver has become corrupted. Re-installing a fresh copy should help
