Is the Windows Action Center available in XP SP3?1 person needs an answerI do too

Action Center is a feature in Windows 7 . NOT XP. In XP you have Windows Security Center instead.Also , you must have Windows XP SP3 as long as support for preview version and service packs been expire which mean if you don't have SP3 then you won't get new update and your PC would be vulnerabate against new threats.
