Windows 8 there was a problem mounting the file

Hello,

I downloaded MS Office 2013 as part of the Action Pack benefits on a Window 8 64b, and I received a .iso file.

When doubleclicking the file, I get an error message stating "Sorry, there was an error mounting the file".

How to fix this and have my benefits installed?

Thanks for swift answer, I need it for Monday.

What worked for me was copying the .iso file to a different drive.  Windows 8.1 (and Windows 8) apparently doesn't like installing to a SSD Harddrive.  I've found moving certain install files to my other drive (I have two inside my PC), and installing them from there works.

If you just copy and paste the file to the same location, it will then be called "Copy of 'filename'" and then you can mount the file and delete the original. It has nothing to do with being on an SSD drive from what I've seen, since I'm copying and pasting on to the same SSD myself. It's still annoying though.
