I have a brand new windows 8 tablet and the pre-downloaded app store app wont open. It does not, even start to open, it just presses down like it is about to open. the same thing happens when i press on the button to change my profile picture and also when i click on change pc settings. the app store does not even load when i click a link from the internet. i have searched for answers for like a week and have found nothing. please help.
