Hi, I have a PC but it isn't too powerful. I need to access a Windows 8 virtualized. Can I do it in the cloud? Th

MS Virtual Labs might help, but they only run for 2hours, then kick you off (but you can do it again)

The vlab for "Sideloading a Windows 8 App" does have a Win8.0 VM in it.

Unless you have a remote desktop running Windows 8.1, so that you can use it remotely.

Finally, I use Hyper V in Windows 8 Pro, it is a good solution.
