Hi, yes i get a message just like that. Is it malware, a virus, or something with the registry(which i don't really know anything about)?

Every time I uncheck the entry and restart, the entry is getting checked again. I have googled the entry and one of the many results is that it is a "Trojan.ransom". Can it be a trojan?

1. Press Windows + R to run Regedit
2. Follow the address: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows]
3. You will see the string called Load, and its value is something like this: [...]\LOCALS~1\Temp\msuwflvuc.exe
--> That's the root of the issue.
4. Make sure you have permission to edit the key, by clicking menu Edit > Permissions..., then tick the box Full Control in the Allow column > OK.
5. Just delete the string Load you've seen in step 3.
! Restart and enjoy!

1st go to the registry value ( Follow the address: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows] )

Now you need to take ownership of registry key, for this follow the steps:

1) right click on windows & choose Permission (Screenshot attached)

2) Set the permission to full control (Screenshot attached)

now you must be able to delete the registry value....

Hi,

I deselect full control  and message prompt, now without reading the message pop up, I click Ok and after that "default" under names only appeared. However, it resolved my issue after restarting. I was just worried if there are possibilities that might affect my system? What should I need to do?

It doesn't work on windows 8.1 pro. It only manages to open regedit dialog box but the windows folder is not show. It only allows me to navigate up until to the currentversion folder and there is no windows folder. But I open normally I see the Load entry I also managed to export so that I can view it in notepad it seems like it is created by adobe reader entries. In all there is no avail a'm still facing the explore.exe error pop up on my windows 8.1 pro start up.
