Explain what you mean by "consuming data continuously". What are you measuring? With what tool?

Hi!! I am also facing the same problem. I turned off each and everything consuming internet in background like Antivirus Update, Windows Update, Live Tiles (Totally Uninstalled), Device Driver Downloads in PC Settings, BITS but still some culprit is consuming my data. I am using 3G Modem and in spite of each and every step followed to check the background data has been turned off but still the problem persists. I also stopped my browser updates and Adobe updates! So, its clear that no installed app is downloading its update but how come even after closing the web browser the data counter in the modem's GUI is running? There might be something! Help!

You're not the first one to have encountered this problem, But after bringing all of live tiles to start menu and turning them off one by one, After a internet connection restart the problem should be solved, I did the same and my usage counter stopped right away.
