Windows 8 add .Net Framework 3.5

Unable to install .Net Framework 3.5 on Windows 8.

I try the command below, however without sucess.

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /all /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:d:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess

message output error:

Hello PauloNunes-Getnet!

      I have relieving news for you... you don't truly need .Net 3.5! Only frameworks needed is 4.0 and 4.5 and you can install these from the MSDN site here:

      .Net 4.0  and  .Net 4.5

      Unless you have to have version 3.5 for legacy programs then you would want to go to the "Programs and Features" in Control Panel and select .NET Framewor

Please replace D: with your DVD drive/USB thumb drive or virtual ISO drive. If the issue persists, try the following command.

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

I followed the whole thread and it's the same

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Hello again

My question to you is, why do you need .net 3.5 for Windows 8? Are you trying to run legacy programs? If so, why not install XP or Win 7 in virtual machine and run your programs through virtual environment? Is this for personal use or business setting? Please answer this post so that I can further assist you.
