I am having issues toggling back and forth using the Windows ICON(Start) in the charms menu. When I try to toggle out of my Mail application to the start menu, the Windows ICON in the charms menu will not switch.  This happens with many applications when I access them from the Start Menu.  However, the when I am in DESKTOP monde and hit the WIN8 ICON in the charms there are no issues.  Is anyone else having these problems?

Hi,

It appeared that related system components may be corrupted.

Please follow these steps to check the issue:

Step 1: Try App troubleshooter:

Step 2: Re-register app files:

Run the following in a Command Window (CMD) to re-register the Store App:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML

Step 3: Restore windows features:

Please make sure to run CMD as Administrator:

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
