Windows 8 App Packages Deleted. Store won't start, other apps missing.

After the re-creation of a roaming user profile (after being corrupted) the windows 8 apps were not installed to the AppData Packages folder. Meaning the store won't open, meaning I cannot redownload any other apps! I tried copying the store package from another user but it still won't start, it just instantly closes, I tried wsreset.exe but I get "Windows Cannot find ms-windows-store:PurgeCaches...". I have also tried the app trouble shooter, it cannot be any screen resolution/uac problem either since it worked fine before.

Thanks in advance

Since it worked fine before, I suggest you perform system restore.

If system restore cannot fix the issue, try to run the following command with Admin privileges.

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

It appears to me that the app folder doesn't sync with the server profile, so if you delete the profile from the local machine or it becomes corrupt, its ruined! The only fix so far is to reinstall windows, which I cannot do everytime a profile becomes corrupt! Please help!!! I just need to find a way to reinstall the zip to appdata\local\packages

Thanks

Update: I realise that the method of recreating a broken profile in windows 8+ is different to previous versions:

Originally one would delete the folder from C:\Users, and then delete the registry keys in HKLM...\ProfileList.

Now it is very important to delete a profile through System > Advanced System Settings > User Profiles > Settings > Delete. This way the full windows 8 profile will be regenerated in the next logon.
