Windows 8.1 with Bing on Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 10.1 inch frequent crashes.

I just got my Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2, 10.1inches, windows 8.1 version with Bing. The tablet computer has been plagued with frequent crashes that shows the famous blue screen of death (BSOD). I went ahead and installed the updates but that did not solve the problem. I refreshed the system but no luck. I went to Lenovo forums and the only related problem I could find there was the tablet's refusal to come out of sleep mode after about 20minutes of sleep or more which also happens to mine occasionally. The solution provided there which was to update the BIOS didn't work either. Whenever the BSOD happens, it shows an error message that says "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and then it starts the generation of dump files. I did some research and discovered that this is a known issue with windows 8. When I analyzed the dump files with BlueScreenView, I saw that there was an indication of possible cause being 'ntoskrnl.exe'. I cannot dare to try and uninstall this, whatever it is, because of causing a permanent damage to the device. Please good people, help me resolve this issue as sending the Tablet back to Lenovo in USA will be a difficult option. A friend bought it while she was on vacation in the USA and brought it back for me. Thank you.

Hello, I followed your guide on how to use the Verifier and I've had one crash so far. Here is the crash dump file:

I wonder if I can now stop the Verifier in order to run MEMTEST, or can I run the MEMTEST along side the Verifier?

Also I need to bring to your attention that I have not been able to install all updates successfully. A few of them have refused to install since I got the tablet.

Here are some of them;

Update for window 8.1 (KB3000850)

Update for windows 8.1 (KB3029606)

Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool for Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 - July 2015 (KB890830)

Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.201.1899.0)

These particular set of Updates have refused to install since 1 week ago that I unboxed the Tablet.
