Windows 8.1 product key does not work in Add Features to Windows
hi,my windowds 8.1 sony vaio svp132a1cm cannot identify my windows product key to paste in ADD FEATURES FOR WINDOWS 8.1 can u advise best solution?

Add Features will work if your PC is running Windows 8.1 Pro or, if you have bought Windows 8.1 Pro Pack. If the product key doesn't work, go to the product activation article for more info

As S.Sengupta pointed out, adding your key to the Add Features to Windows field will only work in some scenarios. To specify your product key explicitly, you can use the following command at an Administrative Command Prompt:
slmgr /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
Where XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX is your product key.
