Meantime, what do you mean by recovery program? Have you tried to reinstall or repair it?

Windows 8.1 Pro Preview includes Internet Explorer 11 which has Adobe's Flash player included.

The new version of Internet Explorer may complain about some websites because of the enhanced security.

You can select allow it to run.

Windows Defender and Windows firewall will protect the system.
