Windows 8.1 pro 64bit shutdown problems!!!

hello:

I assembled a new computer with following hardware:

gigabyte x99 gaming g1.

intel 5960X

64gb ram

2 gigabyte gtx 980 gaming in SLI.

after setup windows 8.1 pro 64bit and after several restarts due to installation of MB drivers&software, graphic card drivers, windows update,....finally when trying to shut down windows, it gives the shut down screen then blank screen then loading desktop again!!! sounds like log off and log on again!!! also when pressing power button on computer to shut down the same thing happens again!!!

I formatted the hard drive and reinstall windows 8.1 pro 64bit again, and without installing any drivers and updates, windows wont shutdown and the same scenario happens again!!!

I disabled the fast start-up option in power option in system in control panel and the computer shutdown this time!!! but the computer takes so long to start windows until hard drive lamp went off.

is there a solution to this!!!!

You may try the followings:

1,Boot in to Safe Mode and recheck the issue.

2. You may try a Clean Boot.

3. Look at the Event Viewer to find any clue related to this problem.

4.Enable Display highly detailed status messages.

To do this in the Start Search type in:  gpedit.msc  and hit the Enter Key.

Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System. In the right pane locate  Display highly detailed status messages. If you enable this policy setting, the system displays status messages that reflect each step in the process of starting, shutting down, logging on, or logging off the system

5. Enable The Shutdown Event Tracker  to consistently track the reason for system shutdowns

To do this in the Start Search type in:  gpedit.msc  and hit the Enter Key.

Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System. In the right pane locate Display Shutdown Event Tracker  and enable it.

You must update all the drivers.
