Windows 8.1 does not wake up anymore after latest updates.

After this week updates, when I set the system to sleep;it does not wake up anymore. The only way to reboot the computer is using the power button. Anyone with the same problem?

Thank you

A few things you should check:

1.The BIOS chipset, Graphic Card Driver must be up to date.

2. Check the Power Management Settings under Control Panel. Under "Power Management" option, check the "Allow this device to wake the computer box"

3. Go through the following KB Article-

I have similar problems. It was working just fine, but after one of the updates (not sure which one) it has stopped. Have been through and checked keyboard and power settings, but Windows 8.1 seems to give a very limited range of options that a user can access.

Yes, have also turned on and off fast boot. BIOS and Graphic Card driver used to work and haven't been changed.

I had same problem.

I have reset to default settings .

The problem is resolved. Working fine. Problem resolved.

Just set reset default.
