We have a SBS 2008 server running our small business network. The computers connected to our network run XP, Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 as their OS. We are having some difficulty getting Remote Web Workplace to work properly, especially when we are trying to connect to Win 8.1 desktops. We've made sure that Compatibility View settings have our remote web workplace website added, but still we cannot seem to connect. This was working a little over a month ago, but now it seems only XP machines and some Win 7 computers can connect to our network remotely using this software (which is part of the SBS 2008 suite of applications). What do we have to do or check to make this system work?

According to your description, it should be the website compatibility problem. Firstly, you can change the webpage document model in Windows 8.1 same with Windows 7 or XP for test.
