Windows 8.1 Update Problem

Hi

I was downloading the update for Windows 8.1 then I paused the download. I restarted my computer after doing this and then when I checked the Windows Store to resume my download, it won't resume. It just said that all my updates were installed. I know that the download was not finished, since I paused it at 11% progress. What can I do about this?

You can clean (empty it) your Softwaredistribution Folder in Windows Folder, after that check again for Updates.

Hi,

It's confused about your issue. Was your current operating system is Windows 8.1? Did you install the update for the Windows store app? Do you remember which update?

If yes, please view if this update installed successfully:

1. Click WIN + X, select "Event Viewer";

2. Click "Windows Log" in the right navigation;

3. Click "System", choose that the category of the "Source"  is "WindowsUpdateClient" log, view if any clue.

If my understanding is incorrect, please correct me.

The same problem
Why do not you try to understand the problem
Download the update starts again whatever the computer is restarted, or cut off Internet
I've trying to download more than 20 times
I've lost more than 30 GB, this cost me a lot of money
