Windows 8.1 Update...Critical Structure Corruption

I have Windows 8 on a Sony Vaio, and I updated with the 8.1.  Now about every 15 - 30 mins I get a blue screen saying:

":( Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some erro info, and then we'll restart for you."  after I installed Windows 8.1 (It was an upgrade from Windows 8, that worked perfectly).

It also states that if I want find more information, to go online and search for:

I have the same problem - although it happens on a Bootcamp partition on my mid-2010 iMac.  Only started happening after the 8.1 update.  Any suggestions?

update the BIOS/UEFI, make sure the RAM is ok.

If this doesn't show any errors, zip and upload the dmp files from C:\Windows\minidump

Hi,

Maybe a corrupted driver issue, as Andre.Ziegler said, you can upload the dump file so that we can help you analyze it to find out the root cause.
