Windows 8.1 Preview Metro Camera app doesn't find my webcam A4tech PK760E where previous Windows 8 used to find and use it. Did Microsoft downgraded their camera drivers? Also there's no camera update in Windows store.

BTW my Skype finds the cam properly. (To mention, this cam has no driver with it's box, only cam viewer soft "IM Magician" app I got)

If Skype could detect it , it means that is compatible with Windows 8. You could check Device Manager and check if it listed there or not?

If there was any other issue please report it to the manufacturer too.

It's listed in everywhere. And Windows 8.1 identifies it. But the problem is Windows 8.1 camera app run into something problem.

Why I cannot use that Cam app?

And to Mention, later I also installed driver from a4tek (windows 8.1 cam app meant to auto work with it) . It didn't help.
