I am running Windows 8.1 Professional (pirated copy), just installed some weeks ago and have installed Norton 360. And it was working fine until now, and today I just tried to minimize my desktop and it did not make the hand icon, well it minimize it though but dont make a hand icon, and for checking I opened Video app and did same, and it still did not make the hand icon but instead show a top bar, which have a Close, Maximize and Minimize button. I have tried to find every where about it but did not find anything. How can I make it show that hand icon when I move my cursor upwards?
