I have installed Windows 8.1 preview from the Windows store and for the last week IE11 keeps launching for no reason what so ever at random intervals. I have done a virus, malware, rootkit scan with nothing found so can only put it down to a bug with Windows 8.1 itself. Any ideas?

Update: The problem seems to have stopped now I set Google Chrome as the default browser. With Internet Explorer 11 set as default with the latest version of Chrome installed IE keeps launching for no reason what so ever taking me to bing.com. Very weird and I don't seem to be able to find what is causing this. It doesn't seem to be anything installed on my computer.

New update: It is now randomly launching Bing with Chrome instead of IE now Chrome is default browser. No idea what is causing this it's very strange.

Hi, I think that the problem you have an non-useful program in your system. Please check it and reply me. It may be occurring due to a program or a process !
