I have increase from 4 gb of RAM to 8 gb of RAM on my DELL Ispiron 1321 Laptop, and Is getting blue screens with sad  face recollecting information and shuts down. If someone have a solution for this problem, please Advise.

 We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
