Windows 8.1 BSOD with Clock_Watchdog_Timeout and System_Service_Exception

Hello,

Since around a month ago my system has been getting BSOD crashes mostly during gaming that either say Clock_watchdog_timeout or System_Service_Exception, although the former is far more common. these crashes don't seem related to overheating or voltage. They happen roughly every few hours of gaming or so, but sometimes the computer can go a day or two without BSODs. I've made sure my drivers are up to date and have done two separate clean installs of windows 81 to no avail. Since it's hardware related issue, we need to troubleshoot it on the problematic computer (I cannot analyze your dump file because that Cannot get PRCB address during analysis), I suggest you check this blog to check the issue on your computer:

Please upload a copy of your system information file. Click "start" , type "msinfo32" , Click "file" at the top of the page, select "export" and give the file a name and click "save" .

Navigate to where the file was saved to, and upload the generated text file to a public folder on your OneDrive account and post the link here.
