Hi, I have new installation of Win7 with 64 bit OS ( H/W configuration: Ram-4GB, Processor: Intel(R)COre(TM)2 Duo CPU T7500 @ 2.20Ghz). Whenever I lock my system ("WindowsKey+L") and later if i try to unlock it by holding the Ctrl+Alt+Del the system gets hanged. Can any one please help me with this problem? Hi, Please update the BIOS and chipset driver to the latest and check the result. Meanwhile, you could try the Clean Boot to check if this issue if related to any software. Hope it helps.
