Is there a GPO at the domain level that's clearing your settings at exit?MCSE, MCSA, MCDST

Hi andy,I assume that you logged on a roaming profile, the roaming profile isn't saved to the server. To troubleshoot this kind of issue, I recommend you to manually delete the domain profile and log on to re-create the user profile. You may need to locate the following registry and delete the user account. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WinlogonBest RegardsDale

Hi, solved it by right mouse clicking desktop, then click on personalize, then click ease of access centre, then click change administrive settings, then check the box that says Apply all settings to desktop :-)
