Hi, We are currently using Windows 7 on our laptops and use sync center to automatically synchronise offline files. The problem however is that Sync Center does not sync at log off and there fore new files that were made prior to log off and are not synced will not be available offline. I'm looking for a way to initiate the sync center to do a sync all prior to log off. I cannot find any option to do this however. I found a script on the Technet Website, but aside from generating a whole lot of errors this script doesn't execute any sync. All I need is a way to tell the system to sync at log off so we can be sure that all our files will be available offline.

Facing the exact same problems here. Syn Center allows a sync to be scheduled at Logon event but no option for Log off. This really limits the ability of the synchronization tool. Any help or alternative script would be great

How the synchronization in Windows 7 Offline Files works But you may set up a schedule to synchronize your offline files before you typically log off. I've been reading that using the group policy setting under Computer Configuration/ Administrative Templates/ Network --> Syncronise All files before logging off still works for Windows 7 even though it's not stated as a OS it will work for in GP Management Editor... It might be worth a try though I've not tried this myself....

Can someone hlep me to solve the same issue, Windows 7 offline files not sync with server. Laptop OS win 7Pro Server OS Win STD 2008 R2 Im getting lot of conflicts even after maunally sync ,the errors still is there.
