When i press ctrl, alt del when the task manager appears there is no text, all the buttons are grey and it is impossible to do anything, i have the same problems with the system restore screen, internet pages do not display properly either? but programs such as itunes work perfect? any ideas? Mark

First make sure you are using an Administrator account and not a limited or guest account. If you are using an Admin account, then what most likely is happening is a virus infection is blocking you from using various parts of your computer until you remove it.Thank you! Computer Repair Kissimmee
