Windows 7 problem
I need some help. You see I have a Dell laptop with Windows 7. When I got it the laptop Windows 7 had alot of programs. I reinstalled the Windows 7 to see how to do this since it was something new. After my instalation there was something wrong. I am missing lots of programs and the tool bar that was usually at the top. The program is strange now. What do I do now.

I'm making a lot of assumptions here since your post is a little hard to understand but.. I think what you have done as you say is re-install windows in whatever form dell gave it to you on disk? The toolbar at the top you refer to (and probably the other programs) are not a standard part of windows and are additional applications provided by dell. I think dell normally provide these applications on a seperate disk. you normaly get a blue and a brown disk. one has the operating system and one has the other stuff. You should find the other (probably more up to date versions) of the applications such as the dell dock (the toolbar at the top) on the dell website if you go to the downloads section for your laptop. I strongly recommend going here and making sure you have all your drivers installed for your graphics card and chipset etc. You may not get it exactly as it was when you got it from the factory as dell install from their own image. To be honest though your probably better off without the clutter.
