Windows 7 print problem
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium on my computer. I had an HP Deskjet D2660 hooked up and couldn't print to it. Every time I tried to print the print job would go to the printer queue then a second later the print queue would empty itself but the printer wouldn't print anything. I hooked up the printer to another computer with Windows 7 Ultimate and it worked fine. I then hooked up another printer (Canon PIXMA iP1500) to the Windows 7 Home Premium computer and thought this would resolve the problem but it did not. The print job would again go to the print queue then leave the queue a couple seconds later and the printer would not print anything. This Canon printer also worked on my other Windows 7 Ultimate computer but not the Home Premium one. Any ideas as to what is going on? Thanks for the help! -Josh
