Windows 7 not connecting using DHCP.
We have a PC that will not get a DHCP address in our network (cisco) but it will work on a DSL modem. If we assign it a static IP it works on our network fine. We have removed and re-installed the NIC and driver. we checked to make sure we had enough IP addresses in the pool, we also checked the DHCP service and it is started and set to automatic. Does anyone know of a possible solution? OS - Windows 7 Enterprise PC - DELL Optiplex 755 NIC - Intel 82566DM-2 (newest driver from Intel) TCP/IP - IPv4 DHCP - Enabled
