Windows 7 machines losing trust releationship with server 2008
I am a netwrok consultant and manage several small business networks, I have several customers running windows 2008 standard r2 and 2008 SBS server, I have at least 4 customers who's windows 7 workstations are randomly losing the trust releationship with the domain. It is completly random there are no errors and no changes are being done to cause the issue. Simply disjoining and rejoining the workstation works but is not resolving the original issue, at first I didn't think much of it but now it is happening on so many differant networks I am concerned. I have read several post but nobody really seems to know why this is happening or how to prevent it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

Are you sure these users are not running a system restore on their Windows 7 computers. This by far, is the most common issue because if a system restore is implemented to a point in time before the last sync, the computer's trust with the domain will be out-of-sync. Hi, Did you make any changes before the issue occurred? What is the exactly error message? Please check if there is any related log in Event Viewer. If Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 is not installed, please install it first. You can refer to the following article to configure a Windows 7 client for automatic domain time synchronization. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc758905(WS.10).aspx Niki TechNet Subscriber Support If you are TechNet Subscription user and have any feedback on our support quality, please send your feedback here Niki Han TechNet Community Support
