Windows 7 Ultimate is not in the list. Only Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 7 Professional are available.

In any case can alacr182 upgrade to either of those two versions of 7 from Windows Vista Ultimate?

Sorry if there is any unclear in my first reply.I mean only Windows 7 Home Premium and Professional are available as "student version". Windows Vista Ultimate can be upgraded to any version of Windows 7 by using a Clean Install (with upgrade DVD or full installation DVD). It can be upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate with In-Place-Upgrade if we have Windows 7 Ultimate upgrade or full installation DVD.

Having said this If you proceed to the Digital Riverstudentsite:http://windows7.digitalriver.com/store/mswpus/en_US/DisplayHomePageand enter your college's email address it is quite possible that you may qualify for either of the twoeditions of Windows 7which Sharon has just informed us of - Home Premium and Professional for $29.99 U.S. dollar. And as Shaon mentioned the version you inquired about is not offered for this promotion.Good luck!
