Windows 7 folder confusion
Somehow I ended up with some things in my UsersFilesFolder and cannot for the life of me figure out how to get them out of there. One of these things that I want gone from that folder is C:/, yes, a shortcut (if the items in this folder are indeed shortcuts) to the C drive. The only things I'd like in this folder are the stock items (My Music, My Videos, etc) If anybody can help with this it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Before going further, please let me know the following information. 1. Where is the folder located. Please let me know its path. 2. What you want to get out? Music, Videos or any other else? Please let me know the name or extension. 3. What error did you receive? If the shortcut is the C drive, go to C drive directly to see if your Music, Videos are in the list. Also, check if the Music, Videos can be found in Windows Library. Click Start -> type folder option in the search box -> View Tab -> Show hidden files, folders, and drives. Also test the clean boot. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 Best Regards, Niki Please remember to click "Mark as Answer" on the post that helps you, and to click "Unmark as Answer" if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
