Windows 7 fax and scan
When I run windows 7 fax and scan wizard I get a message stating Microsoft windows fax and scan has stopped working. My modem is in device manager and is working. I have uninstalled
and reinstalled the modem and Windows fax and scan. I start the wizard and click on connect to a modem then it asks you to choose a name for the modem. I type a name and click on next and that’s when I get the message "Microsoft windows
fax and scan has stopped working". This is the first time I am using this program. The scan part of the program works fine. Device manager states that the modem is working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I still have the issue. When I
check the system events it shows the following.

Hi,
According to the error, the sblsp.dll file has program.
