Windows 7 can't browse network shares
Hi! I have a windows 7 computer that suddenly can't brose network shares. if i try to do a net view \\server i can se the shares but when im trying to access the shares with any file explorer i get a error msg where it says somethin like "network is not started or is not avaliable" I already search te forum and tryed a couple of sollutions but still this bloody message come up. /Bless

try unjoining and rejoining the computer to AD. when you unjoin it make sure to delete the computer object from AD before you rejoin.

Hi, I would like suggest that you enable Network Discovery option in Windows 7. Click Start->Control Panel->Network and Sharing Center, click Change advanced sharing settings. Enable the option. Meanwhile you should also make sure that the Workstation service is enabled. Hope this helps.Your Name TechNet Community Support
