Windows 7 bootup
When the OS boots up on the loading screen with the flower thing the screen starts to flicker quite bad and the monitor goes off and on. Doesnt happen for long but just thaught it should be montioned. Anybody else had this isue and resolved or is it just my PC?

Sanandreas - Sounds like a video driver issue. What video card do you have in your machine?No problems with the boot animation here.

I honestly dont have a video card. Well i do but its the one which came with the PC so its integrated into the mobo. No idea what though

Hi SanandreasYou can see all of the information for your system.Press the Windows Key+R to bring up the Run dialog box.Type msinfo32 and press OK.Expand the Components menui and select Display.In the right side you should see all of the information for the integrated display adapter.Spend some time there looking all of the information.Hope this helps.Thank You for testing Windows 7 Ronnie Vernon MVP

When the OS boots up on the loading screen with the "flower thing" Haha sorry bout that didnt realise that it was the windows sign til now. Looked like a flower when it was flickering.

This is a somewhat common problem (it happens to me) but I trust that it will be fixed by the final release of Windows 7 or as newer drivers come out, as it doesn't effect the function of the system at all. -Nick
