I suppose you want to know if you are getting a free copy of win7 for testing out the RC? Go to this link below and in the post you will be led to, click the link to go to MS connect, if you get a access denied error, then you probably wont be getting the free copy of win7. Note that this isn't the most accurate way to see if you will get a free copy, if you are subscribed to paid subscriptions from MS, like a TechNet or windows beta tester program subscription, you may be getting a free copy because of that.
