While traying to backup folfers from drive C.I also say:"Windows Backup skipped C:\Users\user\Favorites\ because is it on corrupted drive C:\."How can C: be corrupt and all is working well? Please run chkdsk /r to check the hard drive failure. If the issue persists, please temporary disable the anti-virus and anti-spyware. If the issue still occurs, I suspect that any stored favorite is corrupt. please manually copy all contents from the Favorites folder to another location, then try to back up again.Arthur Xie - MSFT
