Windows 7 and windows server 2003
Why is it not mentioned about the incompatability issue with Windows 7 and Server 2003? I feel that Microsoft owes me the XP software to get my small office network back working again. I was being a nice little minion by buying a new computer with Windows 7. You know, getting along with the new technology of today only to find out that, that technology will not be complete untill most all the XP machines are removed from service and Windows 7 or what version of it are predominate.

Need more info, what exactly are you talking about? I have quite a few Win 7 pro boxes on a 2003 domain... You can always downgrade your OS if you legally bought it as well. Now who you have to talk to in order to get a legit media and key.. that's a good question.

Actually, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2003 are two different systems. When there is a Windows Server 2003 domain, the Windows 7 machine usually can be joined successfully without any issue. Please let us know the detail symptom. Thanks,Novak
