Windows 7 and text box borders hard to see
Okay, this has been something that has bothered me for a long time and I thought it was just my system at home. I recently got an upgrade to Windows 7 at work on completely different hardware and I have the same issue. Basically, when I am looking at the text boxes in Visual Studio, InfoPath, or just about any other IDE type tool, the borders that surround text boxes in the tools are nearly impossible for me to see. The problem isn't isolated to IDE's, that is just where it is most annoying, IE, Word, even TextPad give me grief. Admittedly, this is largely because I am color blind, but I never had this difficulty with XP. I did have this with Vista to a degree, but 7 just seems worse. I have played with screen settings and display settings and nothing seems to fix the issue. Does anyone know how I can make the borders around text boxes darker?

Hi, Navigate to Control Panel\Ease of Access Center\Make the computer easier to see, you can ajust the settings under "Make things on the screen easier to see" secton. According to your situation, it is suggested to select the Windows 7 basic theme under personalization. Hope it helps.
