Windows 7 and SBS 2003 standard edition
Hi, I have recently bought a laptop with pre-installed Windows 7 OS. My question is if I want to connect the laptop to the Server SBS 2003 standard edition via Domain, would it cause any issue with compatibility or in terms of service pack? Thank you in advance

What edition of Windows 7 is installed on the laptop? In order to join a domain, you would need to be using Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate edition.Carey Frisch

HI Carey, I tried to connect to it via http://myfileserver/ConnectComputer but I got the following error message The Small Business Server Networking Wizard was not installed. You may not be a member of the local Administrators security group on this computer or your Local Intranet security settings may be set to High. Click Connect to the network now to try again and click Yes when prompted. If the wizard fails to install, contact the person responsible for your network. I wonder where I can find the SBS networking wizard. Thank you in advance
