For expamle user can access file via \\IP\shareFolder or \\serverName\shareFolder but when any user try to access via \\serverName.domain.com\shareFolder system show msg " You don't have permission to this folder" - time sync is ok - user can ping serverName.Domain.com - user can reach \\serverName.domain.com but can't access to \\serverName.domain.com\shareFolder - on other computer the same users can normalny open \\serverName.domain.com\shareFolder

Hi Kaarol, Temporarily disable the firewall and antivirus programs to check if it works. Are there any related logs in the Event Viewer? I suspect there could be some security setting issue. I recommend you use the Network Monitor to capture the network traffic, run the monitor when you try to access the share folder and end it when the accessing failed or succeeded. Comparing the different processes between the working client and problematic one to find which step cause the issue. Best Regards, Miya Yao TechNet Subscriber Support in forum.
