Windows 7 Will not accept an Immediate task through GPO
Problem is related to KB# 977353 Hotfix for 977353 is supposed to be already patched in SP1 (according to MS concierge support) The problem is that when we set up a group policy preference to schedule a task, or to make an immediate task, to install a program the task does not run. We have tried to set the trigger of the application at logon and/or during idle time. We have tried enabling/disabling run at highest privleges. We have tried enabling run if user is logged on or not. We have made sure the bottom "Configure for" is set to Windows 7. The program we are trying to run is an MSI. The System Specs: x64 Windows 7 SP1 (Failure on multiple systems, 0% success, chat support had the same failure on their system) Ideas...?
