I can't speak for Microsoft, but I believe no.The closest to that I saw was the pre-order one for the Home Premium ($50) and Professional ($100?) retail upgrade licenses, available for a limited time last summer. It wasn't restricted to people who downloaded the betas, though it was supposedly aimed at them. The student deal (www.win741.com) and the family pack (3 Home Premium upgrade installs for $150) were the other deals. The student purchase is still available, but its price is higher (originally $30 in the US, now $65).
