Could somebody out there please help me, I upgraded my windows XP to windows 7 beta and everything worked perfect even those old windows 98 apps that I have running. Since that upgrade I've also used the incremental released upgrades up till 7077.0 and have had no problems with any of my apps or drivers, after that upgrade I decided to upgrade to version 7106.

John -1.) Given Windows 7 will NOT upgrade XP directly, I find that first bit a bit difficult to believe. It's not impossible, but unlikely that everything would be working fine.2.) Unfortunately, this forum is dedicated to supporting only TWO builds currently - that would be Build 7000 - the original Beta and Build 7100 - the Release Candidate. ALL other builds are off limits heresince they were NOT offically released to the general public by Microsoft. The offical position on this can be read here. 3.) There have been reports that there have been a number of leaked builds that have been modified by parties unknown to include malware, downloading and installing unofficial leaked builds isn't the smartest thing to be doing these days.4.) FYI, there are NO plans for a second RC. The next official public release will be the final, RTM version that should be available sometime this fall.

John,You are quoting build numbers that have not been released to technical beta testers. The current build available to 'official' beta testers is build 7100, none of us have seen or are likely to see version 7106.0. The only way for anyone to get these builds (outside of Microsoft official pool) is by 'leaked' versions downloaded on torrent/Warz sites. Unfortunately, these build are not supported on this forum, so no one is able to answer your question.
