Windows 7 Ultimate to proffesional RDP problem
Hi, When I try to connect my Ultimate 64bit machine to my Proffesional 32bit machine I recive an error that my username and password are incorrect. Both machines are on the sam LAN. I have tried adding a new account to the Proffesional and I can log in remotely no problem however my main user account does not allow me in. I have also changed the username and password and restarted. i can log in on the Proffesional machine itself with the new username and password just not remotely. this is driving me up the wall pleasde help. PS firewalls are set-up correctly.

Just solved this myself. The username on the Pro machine had been changed before but that did not change to username in the documents and settings folder. I switched the name back to the original one and it worked.
