Windows 7 Ultimate start bar shortcuts disappeared
I installed Windows 7 Ultimate on a new PC, reinstalled Office, Expression Web and a load of other apps. Today I switch on the PC and although my start bar is there - I go to 'All Programs' all the shortcuts have gone. For example - Expression Web - empty, Office2010 - Empty , even the Administration Tools is empty. I can searchj through Explorer and find the programs - so I know they have been deleted - just ALL the shortcuts. Is there a proper fix for this ? , what caused it ? , how can I easily get the shortcuts back ? (this is V annoying) ps - These are NOT broken links , they are / were shortcuts on the start bar that were working yesterday - but today lots of them have gone

Hi, May I know if you have applications over 70? Is it the new user account? I suggest recreating the shortcuts from C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, testing the issue in new user account.
