We are going to procure a number of Windows 7 Ultimate for our business use. Here are some questions about MUI on Windows 7 Ultimate:1. I learnt that each user may be allowed to display in different language UI they prefer, in case the language pack is installed by the administrator. But I would like to know a) Is this feature available to a normal user access right? b) Does it require restarting to change langage?2) I would like to know whether Windows 7 Ultimate (English) OEM + language pack (e.g. Japanese) has the same functionality as Windows 7 Ultimate (Japanese) OEM?Thanks.

Windows 7 Ultimate English with language pack has the same functionality as Windows 7 Ultimate Japanese.For complete apply changed language you need restart your computer. If you need it quick (you have only in one user profile) you must log out and log on.I think, that INSTALL languages can only Admins. Change language can also normal users.
