Hi, I am considering purchasing windows 7 to upgrade an XP computer. I decided to check locally if a new copy was for sale and a seller on a local(but also national) classified ad site was selling copies of new sealed win 7 ultimate for $60. He has several copies and the sale would be in person so no worries there. The seller will provide MSDN activation key with setup disks. Is this giong to be an issue later for me? It will be on a personal computer. Also, if it is legit can I install on my laptop and desktop? Thanks. BTW sale price is 30. w/msdn key during the holidays
